Short Overview
ETHIBOND EXCEL™ Suture is a sterile, coated, braided, synthetic, non-absorbable surgical suture composed of poly (ethylene terephthalate). The suture is coated with polybutilate which acts as a lubricant to mechanically improve the ease of passage through tissue and the overall handling qualities of the suture.
ETHIBOND EXCEL™ Suture is available white (undyed) and dyed green with D&C Green #6 (Color Index No. 61565) to enhance visibility in the surgical field.
